Send Design Files
Sending us your design files or “tech pack” is the most efficient and convenient way to let us know your requirements. These files contain all the detailed information about your cardboard display, including structure, color, paper patterns, size, accessories, and more.
Send a Sample
Providing us with a sample of your cardboard display is the best way to convey the specific structure, color, paper patterns, size, accessories, and quality you’re looking for. This helps us accurately replicate the design and meet your expectations.
Send Pictures
If you don’t have design files yet, we offer make-to-picture and make-to-drawing services. Simply send us photos or even sketches of the style you’re interested in, and we’ll work from there to develop your custom cardboard display.

Sample cost is depending on your design and sample shipping cost is depending on sample quantity.
Sample lead time is around 1-2 weeks which is depending on your design.
For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money.
If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample and want to do some changes, then sample payment cannot refund.
Yes, of course. It is all up to you.
Sample cost will refund when we do bulk order for the corresponding design and order quantity is more than 500pcs.
In regard to sample order, we accept Paypal to protect your money.
As for bulk order, normally we do bank transfer (T/T). PayPal also works for us.

What's our mass production process?
After receiving your approval, we will start mass production. There are 6 main steps in mass production.
1. Material Acquisition and Precision Cutting
We begin by sourcing premium raw paper from our trusted suppliers. This paper serves as the foundation for your custom displays. Using advanced cutting equipment, we precisely trim the paper to the exact dimensions required for your project, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal use of materials.
2. High-Quality Printing
Next, we bring your designs to life by printing vibrant colors and intricate images onto the pre-cut paper using our state-of-the-art printing presses. By printing on the cut sheets rather than assembled displays, we maintain strict control over print positioning. This method guarantees that logos and patterns are perfectly aligned, eliminating skewing and ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, if any defects occur during printing, reprinting individual sheets is more efficient and cost-effective than remaking entire display units.
3. Enhanced Surface Treatments
After printing, we apply premium surface treatments such as varnishing or UV coating. These finishes not only elevate the visual appeal of your displays but also significantly extend their durability. The added layer protects against wear and tear, ensuring your cardboard displays remain vibrant and eye-catching over time.
4. Protective Lamination
The lamination process involves applying a glossy or matte film to the paper’s surface. Through heat and pressure, this laminate is firmly bonded to the cardboard, enhancing moisture resistance, scratch resistance, and fade resistance. This step is crucial in maintaining the fresh appearance of your displays, even in high-traffic retail environments.
5. Precision Die-Cutting
With the laminated sheets ready, we proceed to die-cutting. This process shapes the cardboard into precise components required for assembly, such as shelves, hooks, and structural supports. High-precision equipment ensures every piece fits together seamlessly, facilitating easy assembly and structural integrity. We also embrace sustainable practices by collecting and recycling waste materials generated during this step.
6. Expert Assembly and Packaging
Finally, our skilled assembly team brings all components together to form the finished cardboard display stands. We offer two packaging options to suit your needs:
- Flat Packaging: Components are packed flat to optimize shipping space and reduce costs. Detailed assembly instructions are included, making it easy for you or store staff to assemble the displays on-site.
- Pre-Assembled Packaging: Displays are fully assembled and securely packaged, ready for immediate use upon delivery. This option saves time and ensures that your displays are set up exactly as intended.
